CNC Milling , Setter , Operator ( Progression to programming)

Job description

Experienced CNC Milling professional required to be an influential part of our turning shop consisting of 5 CNC machining centres in various configurations including 3 - 5 axis - Fanuc controls - OneCNC Cad Cam.

You should be confident of your own abilities, with an ability to work on your own initiative whilst observing the operational and Quality procedures of a AS9000 approved manufacturing organisation.

Fanuc control experience is mandatory. Working on a range of materials including, stainless and nickel alloys, the workload consists of mainly small batch work typically 20's - 50's for the Gas Turbine / Power Generation / Airframe industries. Mostly repeat / scheduled work with a small element of new work, which creates a varied work load.

Strong, long standing contracts in place.

30 days (total) paid  holiday ( currently around 50:50 split fixed:floating).

Mon - Thur 7:15am - 4:15pm Fri 7:15am-12:15pm

Days only.. No weekends

Agency involvement not required.
